like a giant proud and happy
I take my baby in my arms
Fragile, innocent and alive
And like a little bird he's
Pushing against my chest
abandoned quiet and safe
For an instant almost sweetly
My destiny appears to me like a dream
And I see myself, old and surrendered,
Seated there near the coalfire
Waiting for the evening with the anxiety of a child,
Just to see him coming back home
with the gift of his smile,
Of his words and kindness
It's like a promise that can solve the enormous joy
Of one of his caresses
Then I wake up and I've already forgotten
But inside of me the kid's trapped soul advises me
That this new born child is already more important to me than
that of my own life...

Shantell
gave me these instructions when we watched Kaeleh for the
weekend for her on her 21st birthday. They were so cute I
wanted to publish them on Kaeleh's site. It was fun, but
we were exhausted by the end of the weekend. We came up
with a few new names for Kaeleh too over the weekend, SJ
for Shantell Jr. and Give me. Get me can I go II. We also
called her the squiggly wiggly worm. She is a wiggler...

Instruction Sheet @ 8 month old
7-8-9
is when she usually wakes up
9-11
she likes to watch her movies - probably two movies
11-12
feed her one can of food, then bathe her.
If
she doesn't eat it is okay, she will later, but bathe her.
12-1-2
she will usually take a nap at this time
1-2-5
she likes to chill and watch her movies,
probably
Shrek, and just crawl around and play with her toys.
5-6
feed her another can of food, if she didn't eat at 11, she
will now.
6-7:30
give her another bath
7:30-8:00
she will take another catnap
9:30
- feed her some rice, all you do is mix her formula milk with
the rice.
She
should eat 1/2 a bowl.
10:00
